Terms of Service

1. Using BeatRole

BeatRole is the AI video service at beatrole.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

Upload one photo of a main character and select a video template. A scene photo and additional written details are optional. The selected template supplies the reference performance and soundtrack; AI generates the video using your photo and settings. Results can vary and may contain visual errors.

The default settings are Fast, 480p, 15 seconds and vertical 9:16, quoted at 10 credits. The studio displays the credit cost for the settings you select before creation. Availability depends on the model and service status; displaying a setting is not a guarantee that it is currently available.

Google provides sign-in, third-party AI services process generation requests, and cloud services store account records and media.

3. Accounts

• Sign in with Google. Provide accurate account information, protect your Google account and tell us about suspected unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live, to use the Service.

4. Photos, Likeness and Permission

Upload only photos you have the right to use for this purpose. For photos of another person, obtain their permission to generate and use an AI video depicting them. A photo of a minor requires permission from their parent or guardian.

Do not use a person’s likeness to impersonate, deceive, harass or defame them, including a public figure or celebrity. Do not present an AI-generated performance as authentic footage of events that occurred. You remain responsible for how you use or share an output.

5. Credits and Payment

BeatRole uses one-time credit packs, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Payments are handled through Waffo. The price, currency and any applicable charges shown at checkout apply to the purchase.

• Single: 10 credits for US$9.99.
• Duo: 50 credits for US$29.
• Crew: 350 credits for US$99.
• Studio: 900 credits for US$199.
• Label: 3,000 credits for US$499.

Purchased credits do not expire. They are attached to your account; the Service does not provide credit gifting or sharing. Credits are reserved when a generation task starts. The quote depends on the model, resolution and duration selected; changing settings can change the cost.

When a task is confirmed as failed, the credits reserved for that task are returned to your balance. A request whose outcome is still being confirmed is not yet a confirmed failure. A completed video that does not match your preference is not automatically classified as a failed task.

6. Payment Questions and Refund Requests

For a payment problem, duplicate charge, non-delivery or a refund request, contact support@beatrole.com. Include the order reference and a description of the problem; do not send full card details or passwords.

Returning credits after a failed generation is separate from refunding a payment. These Terms do not promise an automatic cash refund or a fixed refund window. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation or other consumer right that applies under law. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to create, request or distribute:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit or other NSFW content.
• Sexual exploitation of children, sexualized depictions of minors, or other content that endangers children.
• Graphic violence, gore, incitement to violence or promotion of self-harm.
• Hate, discriminatory abuse, harassment, threats, fraud or illegal content.
• Deceptive impersonations or deepfakes that misrepresent a real person’s identity, statements or actions.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

Do not interfere with the Service or its providers, probe or overload systems, or bypass access controls and service limits. New video tasks use SeeAPI to check the character photo, optional scene photo and complete prompt before generation, and the finished video before playback or download. Inputs must receive a clear passing assessment before generation can proceed. A finished video must receive a clear passing assessment before delivery. If content is blocked before delivery, the credits reserved for that task are returned once. An unavailable or unresolved review does not authorize delivery or automatically return credits. Image and video checks cover NSFW and special-care categories, with video checked through sampled frames; text checks assess sexual content, violence, hate, harassment and self-harm. These automated checks can make errors and do not verify copyright, likeness permission, identity or all prohibited content. Videos completed before these checks were introduced are not represented as having passed them.

To report prohibited content, an unauthorized likeness or a rights concern, email support@beatrole.com with the relevant content or reference and an explanation. We may restrict access to content or suspend an account for a breach of these Terms; reporting and support are handled by email, not through an in-product ticket system.

8. Your Content and Generated Videos

Your uploads remain yours. You give BeatRole permission to host and process them and to send the inputs needed to third-party generation and content-review providers for the video you request. BeatRole does not train its own AI model on your uploads.

Outputs are AI-generated and may resemble other outputs. Downloading a video does not grant rights to third-party music, reference material, trademarks or a person’s likeness. Use or share a video only where you hold the necessary rights; no blanket commercial-use or platform-posting permission is promised.

You can request deletion of your uploads or videos through support@beatrole.com. There is no automatic deletion control or guaranteed deletion period in the current Service.

9. Availability and Ending Use

The Service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, rendering speed, a particular result or ongoing availability of a template or model.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through support@beatrole.com. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms or a risk to other users or people depicted in content. Questions about any remaining credit balance or payment should be sent to the same address; applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uniqueness or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
