Privacy Policy

1. Scope and Contact

This policy describes information handled by the BeatRole service at beatrole.com. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, contact support@beatrole.com. The Terms of Service contains the rules for using the Service.

2. Information We Handle

• Account and sign-in information: the name, email address and profile image shared through Google, plus the account and session records needed to sign you in. BeatRole does not offer an email/password login.
• Content: the character photo and optional scene photo you upload, additional written details, template and video settings, generation status and generated media.
• Payments and credits: the buyer email, pack, amount, currency, payment and order references, purchase status, credit balance and generation debit or returned-credit records. Payment details are entered through Waffo’s checkout; BeatRole does not store full card numbers.
• Technical information: request and error information needed to operate and troubleshoot the Service. Essential cookies maintain sign-in. Browser storage can keep a pending request reference so an interrupted task can be checked without blindly resubmitting it.
• Messages you send to support, including information you choose to include in a payment question, privacy request or content report.

3. How Information Is Used

• To authenticate your account with Google and control access to your private records and media.
• To process the photos, additional details, template references and settings for the video you request, and save its result and task history.
• To process purchases through Waffo, record credits, reserve the quoted credits for generation and return them after a confirmed failure.
• To review submitted photos, the complete generation prompt and the finished video for restricted content before generation and delivery; to diagnose errors, protect account and media access, and respond to support, privacy and rights concerns.

BeatRole does not sell your personal information or train its own AI model on your uploads.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google provides sign-in and shares the account information you authorize.
• Fal processes AI video generation and soundtrack-combination requests. For generation it receives the character photo, optional scene photo, written details, reference video and selected settings. For soundtrack processing it receives the generated video and the template audio.
• SeeAPI receives the character photo, optional scene photo and complete generation prompt (including the template instructions and your written details) for content review before generation. It receives the finished video for review before playback or download is made available. Photos and videos are supplied through temporary links to private storage. The image and video checks classify NSFW and special-care content; the video check examines sampled frames. The text check assesses sexual content, violence, hate, harassment and self-harm. These checks can miss content or flag it incorrectly; they do not verify copyright ownership, likeness permission or a person’s identity. Neon stores account, session, upload metadata, order, credit, video-task and review records (review stage, task reference, decision, timestamps and error codes) in the database.
• Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded photos, template media and saved video results. Media access is restricted, with temporary links used when files need to be read by an authorized user or processing service.
• Waffo handles checkout and payment processing. We share the buyer identity and email and the purchase details needed for checkout, and receive order and payment records.
• Your email provider and the services that deliver messages handle correspondence you send to the support address.

These providers handle information under their applicable terms and privacy practices. BeatRole’s statement about its own model training does not make a promise about every third-party provider’s practices. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

5. Storage and Retention

Account and session records, purchase and credit records, upload metadata and video-task history are stored to operate the Service. Photos and saved videos are kept in private cloud storage so they can be used for generation and accessed in your account.

The Service does not currently apply a published fixed deletion schedule. To request deletion of photos, videos or your account, email support@beatrole.com. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, security or legal obligations. Deletion is not an instant in-product action, and this policy does not promise a fixed completion time or backup-erasure schedule.

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

Essential sign-in cookies are used to maintain your session. Browser storage may hold a pending generation request reference for recovery. Selecting a photo shows a local preview; the photo is uploaded when the signed-in generation workflow starts.

The current interface uses essential sign-in cookies and request-recovery storage. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in from working.

7. Security and Access

The Service checks account ownership before reading private upload and video records. Temporary media links limit direct access, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your Google account and do not share private media links or account access.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete or object to processing of your personal information. Send requests to support@beatrole.com, identifying the account or content concerned. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

If someone used your photo without permission, or you need to report a rights concern, contact support@beatrole.com with enough information to identify the content.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, or the higher minimum age required where they live. Photos of minors require parent or guardian permission under the Terms. If you believe a child has provided data improperly or a photo was used without permission, contact support@beatrole.com.

10. International Processing and Updates

Our service providers may process or store information in countries other than yours. Their applicable terms describe their data-handling practices. We may update this policy; the date at the top identifies this revision. Questions can be sent to support@beatrole.com.
